From Nerja to Sotogrande, we prioritize client satisfaction and outcomes — not time spent at your desk.Our visionExceptional Customer ExperienceOur vision drives every decision we make.The RoleWe're looking for a lawyer with 3–5 years’ experience in Spanish property law who can:Act as a “Manager of One” – work independently, take ownership, and deliver resultsHandle full transactions from due diligence to post-sale follow-upWork with our assistant to streamline administrative tasksDeliver peace of mind to our international clients — before, during, and after the transactionThink proactively, find answers, and solve problems without being micromanagedSpeak English fluently (Spanish is essential; German or Flemish is a big plus)CompensationWe’re transparent — we pay for results, not time spent at the desk.Base SalaryWe tailor the compensation structure to your profile — whether you prefer a higher base with lower commission, or a lower base with higher performance upside.Base Salary range 1.700€ - 2.700€.
