Sunny Brokers is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and organized Real Estate Admin / Lead Coordinator to join our growing team.

If you know the Costa del Sol real estate market and enjoy working with clients, new developments, and brokers — this role is for you.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage, verify, and qualify incoming real estate leads
  • Assign leads to our connected brokers based on location & expertise
  • Follow up with clients interested in new developments & resales
  • Support brokers with scheduling, documentation, and CRM updates (HubSpot)
  • Coordinate with developers, agents, and partners
  • General administrative tasks to support daily operations
Requirements
  • Experience in Costa del Sol real estate (new developments & resales)
  • Good understanding of Resales Online, Inmobalia or similar portals
  • Strong communication skills (English and Spanish required, Swedish and other languages is a plus)
  • Comfortable with digital tools: CRM, property portals and others.
  • Own laptop (hybrid work setup)
  • Driver's license + own car
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
