- Actively ensure and organize quality services in line with Pilatus standards enabling in time and stable delivery of aircraft components to final assembly line
- Further develop the on-site quality services in extent and sophistication
- Create, handle, and conclude Quality Notifications as well as perform and support Quality Audits
- Responsible for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Implementation as well as liaising with the HQ Quality department
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and changing processes, procedures, and Quality Specifications
- Establish, further develop, and implement quality trainings for employees on-site
With this you convince us
- Education in business administration/ engineering or quality management would be a plus as well as knowledge of aviation QS/QM standards
- Previous experience as a structural assembler or quality inspector, with 5+ years in a metalworking environment, is a strong advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and interpreting certificates and standards
- Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 level); knowledge of German is a plus
- High level of responsibility, reliability, assertiveness, and quality awareness as well as team-oriented, cooperative
- Strong decision-making skills in quality management specifically with regards to acceptance or rejection of first article tests, QM notifications and processes
