NRF is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Quality Specialist who will be responsible for the complaint handling process or will support the team in validating new products in the field of automotive refrigeration. In this role, you will be involved in analyzing complaints and reporting complaint processes. As you gain knowledge, you will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in validation projects.What are you going to do as a Quality Specialist?Technical control of products in terms of compliance with technical documentation, proper functioning, and quality of executionMaking decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of validated productsPreparing technical control reports and communicating validation results with other departments/unitsCollaborating with other technical departments at NRF and other departments within the companyReporting technical issues and achieved resultsWhat do you bring as a Quality Specialist?Qualifications in the field of automotive mechanics or an academic degree in automotive engineering or equivalentFluent communication skills in English, both spoken and writtenProficient in using Outlook, Word, and Excel applications, as well as handling computer systemsAbility to work independently and initiate tasks independentlyTeam-oriented mindset and results-oriented attitudeAbout the teamYou will be a part of an international team located in Poland and Spain and reporting to Quality and Warranty Supervisor. You will collaborate internally with the tech department as well as with the purchase department and category management departments. The team consists of 15 people in Poland and 40 people globally. In addition, you will be part of the team responsible of for the complaint handling process or will support the team in validating new products in the field of automotive refrigeration.
