Qualifications: Graduate of Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering With at least 5 years experience in production, quality assurance management, for incoming, in-process and outgoing products in a manufacturing environment. With thorough knowledge in methodologies and standards of packaging / production materials Adept in ISO 9001, 14001 and Good Manufacturing Practice. Experienced in handling customer complaints and audits Adept in numerical skills, data analysis and statistical methods. Preferably living or near in Valenzuela City Must be willing to render Mon-Sat Work schedule. Job Description: Manages the incoming inspection of Packaging Materials to ensure manpower cost efficiency and effectivity of this activity. Signs the return order of rejected deliveries of PM Manages direct hire employees. Manages equipment issues to maximize equipment uptime & minimize equipment downtime Manages Customer Complaints, Root cause Analysis & Resolution. Recommends and takes preventive and corrective actions when necessary. Plans & coordinates with VAO Warehouse team to ensure semi finished goods and packaging materials are available to support production Manages the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), ISO Compliance of Valenzuela Blending Plant and all Warehouse Locations nationwide. Manages the HSSE Function: Pollution Control Officer, ISO 14000, Permits. Manages the Other assignments and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
