This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs, hours, sales, and cash flow to ensure projects are completed within budget and financial targets are achieved. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongMain responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppFinancial Tracking and Analysis: /ppbr/pulliMonitor and track project costs, hours, and sales to ensure they remain within budget and revenue targets. /liliEstablish process and tolling for the project controlling /liliInvestigate and explain discrepancies in cost, labor hours, and sales by analyzing variances. /liliExecute cost control strategies and identify opportunities for savings while highlighting potential financial risks. /li /ulpbr/ppCash Flow and Budget Management: /ppbr/pulliMonitor project cash flow, ensure positive cash flow on projects with the support of the PM. /liliReview project budget regularly, monthly or quarterly, with the project team and update the forecast if necessary /liliAssist in the development, monitoring, and adherence to project budgets. /li /ulpbr/ppReporting and Forecasting: /ppbr/pulliPrepare and present regular financial reports on project performance. /liliProvide financial analysis, recommendations to project managers, and assist in financial forecasting and projections. /li /ulpbr/ppAdditional responsibilities: /ppbr/pulliTrain the PM team on Project finance /liliSimulate and anticipate fluctuation of raw material or labor cost on projects /li /ulpbr/ppStakeholder Communication and Compliance: /ppbr/pulliCollaborate with project managers, finance team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project financials and effective communication. /liliEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards, and maintain accurate project financial records and documentation. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongQualifications and Requirements /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. /liliProven experience of at least 5 years as Project Cost Controller /liliKnowledge of project management principles and practices. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and financial software. /liliStrong knowledge of EPR software: SAP R3 and SAP S4 /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliWilling to travel to our factories located in Germany, Spain, Singapore, and China. /liliAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /ppbr/ppA career in AEG Power Solutions is not just a job.
