We are looking for Program Manager for our team in Valencia to work in one of the most important Tier 1 in the automotive sector.

Missions:

• Lead the Cross Functional Teams across a global organization (North America, Asia, and EU).
• Direct relation and management with EOM customers.
• Manage that the program tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Early risk identification and work on mitigation plans, problem solving and manage the escalation process of critical issues.
• Supervise and ensure that the program budget and profitability are kept as awarded or improved.
• Define the program timing and ensure that the program milestones are met on time including the program invoice.
• Challenge the program status looking for cost and timing improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Previous experience (+ 4 years) as Program Manager in automotive.
• Methodical and organized person.
• Experience with aesthetical plastic parts.
• High level of English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of automotive tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DVP, BEON, LION, iPQ, etc…
• Location: Valencia.
• Travel 20 – 30% time expected.
