Responsibilities To own the products in mass production including assembly processes and test document to end of life To drive Contract Manufacturers towards yield improvement, and manage statistical process control in the manufacturing process To drive activities in identification and continuous improvement on yield improvement, Bone-piles reduction, and cost reduction To support problem solving on moderate scope and complexity To support the project teams: R&D, NPI, CPS, ensure the smooth transition to Contract Manufactures, and adhoc requests To Coordinate related task, and engineering changes with internal team and CM team Required Qualifications 2 - 5 years of experience in experience in electronics or optical products Recognize and efficiently troubleshoot common electronic and optical component and circuit problems Demonstrate the construction and operation of common electronic and optical components Familiar with common electronic and optical terminology Strong data analytical skills, Self-motivated, goal oriented, task driven team player Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Thai Flexibility in work hours to support conference calls with North America Experience in Agile and Oracle is a must. Master in excel for graphical interpretation Flexibility in work hours to support either early morning or evening conference calls with North America Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and engineering team members.
