We are looking for Product Design Engineer for our team in Valencia to work in one of the most important Tier 1 in the automotive sector.

Missions:

• Reception and analysis of projects, RFQ quotation, and feasibility studies for molds, parts, and processes for automotive interior components.
• Ensure component compatibility and compliance with quality requirements.
• On-site follow-up during the launch phase and resolution of issues.
• Capacity and tolerance analysis of parts, design and study of gauges.
• Collaboration in solving production process issues.
• Review of prototypes and drawings, and implementation of modifications in Catia V5.
• Handling of technical documentation such as RFQ, SCCAF, TGSS, SPCs, quality standards, Teamcenter, feasibility studies, materials, etc.
• Design, feasibility, prototyping, and nesting of 3D printed parts in PP.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within the automotive sector, preferably in interior trim.
• Professional Experience in Catia V5 and handling of sector-specific technical documentation.
• Experience in tolerance analysis, SPCs, and quality standards.
• High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Engineering degree.
• Desirable: knowledge of injection processes and mold manufacturing.
• Valuable: experience with 3D printing in PP.
