To achieve this, we carry out rigorous selection processes that ensure it. /ppbr/ppstrongProcurement Specialist / Coordinator – Reimbursable Projects (FEL, FEED, FEED OBE) and EPC – LSTK Small-scale projects /strong /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pulliConduct a thorough review of project contract to identify clauses and requirements impacting procurement activities. /liliServe as the focal point for procurement-related matters with the Client and Project Management. /liliDevelop and implement the Project Procurement Execution Plan in alignment with contractual obligations and project objectives. /liliOversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with the project schedule and milestones. /liliFacilitate regular meetings with the procurement team Head of Project Procurement Servies to identify key issues or risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely follow-up if any. /liliCollaborate with other disciplines such as Engineering and Project Controls to ensure alignment and integration of procurement activities and in accordance of project needs. /liliMonitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements. /liliActively participate in commercial evaluations and negotiations of procurement-related matters. /liliPromote and implement sustainable and ethical procurement practices. /liliPrepare, update, and consolidate procurement execution reports for internal and external stakeholders. /liliPromote continuous improvement through the Lessons Learned program to enhance future project execution. /liliContribute to the identification and development of procurement opportunities and strategic initiatives. /li /ulpbr/ppWe will require: /pulliOver 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within industrial project environments as a Project Procurement Specialist/Coordinator. /liliIt is advisable to hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification /liliDemonstrated leadership capabilities, along with excellent communication and analytical skills, are essential. /liliLanguages: A fluent level of English is mandatory. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongWhat do we offer? /strong /ppbr/ppParticipation in strongtop-tier international projects /strong within the sector, where strongmultidisciplinary teams /strong come together in a dynamic work environment that promotes strongpersonal growth /strong and strongcontinuous professional development. /strong /ppAt Tecnicas Reunidas we also support work-life balance measures.
