This domain spans 5–6 cross-functional squads shaping how learners and tutors experience our platform. /ppbr/ppYou’ll guide the design direction for your area and act as its craft leader - setting the creative standard and helping others reach it. Working closely with Product and Design leadership on defining the strategic direction, you’ll ensure design decisions align with user needs, product vision, and business goals. Your work is bold, beautiful, and boundary-pushing; you bring imagination and precision to every detail while elevating the quality of design across your teams. /ppbr/ppYou’ll coach and inspire designers to raise their bar, grow their craft, and design with clarity and intent.
