As our factory in L'Hospitalet continues to grow, we are looking for our Plant Manager. 🦷

We are seeking a globally minded, self-driven individual who is eager to take on challenges while being highly committed to the process.

This person will lead a team of 70 professionals working across three shifts , covering various functions such as manufacturing, logistics, quality, and regulatory compliance.

All while staying true to our core values to ensure we deliver the best product at the right time to our customers.

Responsibilities 🛠️

• Ensure a safe working environment for our employees and external contractors.
• Maintain a strong environmental mindset and sustainability approach.
• Guarantee the highest level of quality for every action and product delivered.
• Achieve a 98% real-time delivery service to our customers under any circumstances.
• Foster daily motivation and a positive mindset within the team.
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (internal process clients, suppliers, etc.).
• Deliver financial results without compromising safety, environment, quality, service, or talent goals.

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Experience managing a team of 30+ people
• Background in the industrial sector
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit and a proactive attitude
