The business launches products continuously, expands into new markets year on year, and invests heavily in product lifecycle management. /ppbr/ppThe Opportunity /ppThis role sits at the heart of the company’s product engine. /ppbr/ppAs a Senior Pharmaceutical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of pharmaceutical products from development through registration, launch, and into commercial life. You will coordinate cross-functional internal teams and global external partners to ensure products move forward at pace, on budget, and with clear, timely decision-making. /ppbr/ppThis is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants real responsibility rather than a narrow coordination function. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliOwn and drive pharmaceutical product projects end-to-end /liliBuild and manage project plans, timelines, and key milestones /liliCoordinate Regulatory, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams /liliManage external partners including CMOs and CDMOs /liliProactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks /liliDrive decision-making and remove barriers to progress /liliManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial milestones /liliSupport global regulatory submissions and product launches /liliPrepare materials for governance and senior stakeholder meetings /liliTravel internationally to manufacturing and partner sites as required /li /ulpbr/ppExperience Background /pulliMSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or similar discipline /liliMBA is an advantage but not essential /lili10+ years’ experience managing pharmaceutical products or projects /liliProven experience taking products through regulated development to launch /liliStrong understanding of complex generics, injectables, or biosimilars /liliSolid knowledge of global regulatory pathways (EMA, FDA, PMDA, LATAM) /liliComfortable operating across functions, geographies, and cultures /liliCommercially minded, decisive, and delivery-focused /liliThrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments /li /ulpbr/ppWhy This Role Stands Out /pulliGenuine ownership of products, not just coordination /liliGlobal exposure across a wide range of markets /liliFast decision-making with minimal bureaucracy /liliA stable but growing pipeline with continuous launches /liliBacking of a global organisation with the agility of a scale-up /liliA clear step up for experienced pharmaceutical project managers /li /ul
