Job Description:
We are a family office based in Madrid, currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and communicative Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to the President of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the executive’s schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
• Handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual level of English.
• Excellent organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability and flexibility to travel.
