BSA (Business Support & Advisory) is an integral and global unit of the company oriented towards internal clients. Its team is a key part of the company's performance in three areas: operations, compliance and advisory. This area develops solutions aligned with the company's strategic objectives in order to be more efficient, productive and innovative. Thanks to its expert knowledge, it provides professional support and accompaniment in different areas (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Real Estate & Workplace, Marketing, Procurement, Security & Privacy, among others) to advise the business on decision-making. #Trusted Advisor & First Choice Member of the People Technology area, who oversees the relationship with the People areas of NTT DATA EMEAL, coordinating their demand in all the aspects of Talent Management Lifecycle and the system’s Map of EMEAL People Applications. The scope includes the following functional areas: Recruitment Talent Management Workforce Management Learning Mentoring Continuous Feedback FUNCTIONS Supervise and direct the People technology team in achieving their objectives and goals. Plan, organize, and execute People projects, such as HR system implementations, performance management programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Advise management on company policies and procedures and ensure compliance. Scope and risk Management. Coordination of the different teams involved in the workstreams of EMEAL People Foundations regarding Talent Development Projects. Ensure a good level of documentation in the team and the best practices to store the documentation. Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of the Service. PROFILE: Experience: at least 5 years assuming functions that can be considered partially or totally equivalent to the ones described above. Previous experience in multicultural or international-profile environments is highly valued. Previous experience in project management, including project planning, execution, and monitoring is a must have Technical Skills: Familiarity with current People technology tools. Functional Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both orally and in writing. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Knowledge and experience with human resources management systems and payroll software. Additional Skills: analytical thinking, innovation and continuous improvement, orientation to quality and good results, active listening, and positive attitude. Experience with agile methodologies would be ideal. Languages: High Level of English.
