!!Looking for interns from July 2025!!

PASSNFLY is a start-up company established in 2012, based in central Barcelona, Spain, providing a digital solution for checking in to flights. Passengers are automatically getting checked in to their preferred seats and sent the boarding pass to their phone. By doing so, the passenger does not have to print out the paperwork, since the boarding pass can be displayed on their phone when arriving at the airport. Currently, PASSNFLY is providing check-in for more than 200 airlines, while still expanding.

In the company, there is a start-up atmosphere, working as one big team. Moreover, the management structure is flat and very integrated. The collaboration between managers and interns is tight. Great online integration meetings are organized, and the team is always in to celebrate big occasions, like holidays and birthdays. The team is very young, dynamic, and international. So, take this opportunity and become part of our family! Currently, the team is looking for an Operations intern, to support us for a period of a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months. As an intern, you will get insight into professional development in a dynamic company, become part of the team, and make valuable contacts.

What will you be working on?

• Close cooperation with the team
• Online data research - qualitative and quantitative
• Data analysis and creating data-based projects
• Software testing (QA)
• Feature and product testing - bug reporting
• Design and update timelines on performance management software - Asana
• Design spreadsheets and spreadsheet maintenance
• Analyze spreadsheets and spreadsheet maintenance
• Conceive and edit legal documentation for apps and/or services
• Work on team projects – organize and lead/participate in project meetings
• Regular meetings with the supervisors to receive feedback on your work

(Google suite, excel data management, not much analysis more data collection)

What do we require from you?

- Bachelor’s degree or studying toward one

- Familiarity with G-suite

- Fluency in English – oral and written

- The ability to work as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Accountability and organizational skills

- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Detail-oriented

- Minimum availability of 3 months
