WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As an Operational Lease Fleet Services Specialist , and reporting to the Operational Lease Fleet Service Manager, you will be responsible of the coordination of the activities and processes related to the correct maintenance and repair or the fleet during lease contract securing our fleet is at optimal level and supporting the international growth of Santander Consumer in all the scoped 15 geographies. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts, in cooperation with the markets in the scope: To Define the Target Operational Models, policies and procedures applicable for all the activities related to fleet Maintenance and Repair to what OL business should converge in all the targeted geographies. To write the business requirements for the development of our own in-house IT solutions, or to contract with one of the existing third party tools in the market for the management of the maintenance events securing a good connectivity and automation between drivers, garages and Santander Consumer. Contribute to the creation of state of the art network of aftersales supplier, giving the insights and requirements and instructions to first select suppliers and after manage the daily relation. To drive accountability for successful implementation of Fleet Services TOM and recommendations supporting Headquarters and local teams to identify and eliminate threats. To Define the activity metrics and monitor KPIs, benchmark, and act as a catalyst for the sharing and implementation of best practices resulting from specific Fleet initiatives within the international community. To demonstrate continuous effort to improve the operations to increase customers, partners and employees satisfaction, to maximize the cost efficiency and to build highly productive processes. EXPERIENCE Four or more years of work experience with an end to end vision on fleet maintenance services; working knowledge on practices, technologies and tools used for vehicle maintenance and repair specially on what’s related to processes for the evaluation, authorization and payment of the maintenance and repair events from the lease company to the garage networks. EDUCATION Medium/High degree in Economics/Business or Engineering SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Negotiation and communications skills, strong target orientation, strategic mindset, innovative propositions, technology oriented / High level of SWR English and other language valuable / leasing market and product, processes and opportunities to disrupt. Resilient, capable to work in a collaborative, changing and not perfectly defined environments switching from project mode to business management mode in few months. Capable to design and write operational processes with a digital and self-care approach. Committed to deliver excellent customer experience and acknowledged on the levers to deliver it on this business. Project management and process definition skills. Analytical skills. Quick on using pack office. Well travelled. OTHER INFORMATION Based in Madrid, available to travel punctually to European countries.
