We maintain stand-alone retail stores throughout Australia, EU the USA and a successful online business. /ppZIMMERMANN also upholds a well-established wholesale business internationally with an enviable list of major stockists including Net-a-Porter and Saks Fifth Avenue, to name a few. /ppbr/ppstrongZimmermann has an exciting opportunity for an Omni-Channel Stock Associate (7-month fixed-term, 20 hours/week) from late March to October 2026 in our Madrid boutique. /strong /ppbr/ppWorking within our Madrid store, and as part of a high performing digital team, the position will be responsible for the successful fulfilment and timely processing of web orders and returns coming from the Zimmermann EU website whilst assisting with the processing of both retail and online stock for our EU warehouses and stores. /ppbr/ppThe successful candidate's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: /ppbr/ppstrongONLINE ORDERS /strong /pulliTo ensure Online orders are processed in accordance with Zimmermann “Online Store Policy and Procedure”, without exception /liliTo pack all allocated online orders to the highest standard of presentation /liliTo manage and support all expedited and hand delivery services /liliTo ensure invoicing and packing is completed according to client and Zimmermann guidelines /liliTo ensure 100% accuracy in dispatch, keeping in mind the end client experience /liliTo ensure the Online orders received are dispatched from the store in the required timeframe /liliTo manage the inventory of Online related stationery supplies, and re-order as necessary /liliTo ensure there is no incidence of negative feedback from Online Store clients /liliTo remain in regular communication with the CS/Ecommerce teams and reply within the required timeline /liliTo report issues that will impact the client experience to the CS and Ecommerce Operations Teams /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSTOCKROOM ORGANISATION /strong /pulliTo maintain the organization of the stock rooms and other storage spaces /liliTo ensure stock is organized by Collection group RTW / SWIM, category, colour and size /liliTo systematically re-organize the stock rooms to work in line with the delivery calendar and requirements of each season /liliTo ensure stock room is organized in line with BOH standards that prioritize efficiency for the sales team working with clients /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSTOCK INVENTORY ASSISTANCE /strong /pulliTo investigate any online related stock issues and discrepancies that arise from stocktake and liaise with the Store Manager and Stock Controller with the findings /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppThe successful candidate will have a background in stock and in online fulfilment, hold strong multitasking skills and be a team player whilst enjoying a fast-paced work environment.
