If you’re looking to make a real impact on cybersecurity and shape a brand from the ground up, this could be your next step!Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly organized and reliable Office Administration Manager to take care of essential day-to-day operations and help the team stay focused and productive. You’ll play a key role in supporting internal coordination, logistics, and administrative processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage general administrative duties such as invoicing, supplier coordination, scheduling, office supplies, and documentation.Coordinate internal events, team offsites, travel logistics, and meeting organization.Support basic finance-related tasks: expense reports, invoice tracking, communication with external accountants.Assist with onboarding logistics: equipment setup, office access, documentation.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office space and remote setup.Maintain clear documentation and filing systems (both digital and physical).Collaborate closely with HR and Operations to improve internal workflows and efficiency.Provide executive support to leadership when needed (e.g., calendar management, reports, communication).Liaise with service providers, vendors, and landlords for any office-related needs.Who You AreExperience in a similar role (Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator); startup experience is a plus.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.Comfortable using digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel, etc.).Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.What We OfferOpportunity to play a key role in the operations of a high-growth product in cybersecurity.Flexible working hours and hybrid model.Competitive salary and benefits.Young, vibrant team that values creativity, collaboration, and autonomy.Room for growth and development in a fast-paced startup environment.Want to be the one who keeps the engine running behind the scenes?
