IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for the following

  • Manage the day-to-day office routines, ensuring smooth operation of office inventory, groceries, office supplies, maintenance, visits, welfare events, etc.
  • Assisting employees with any office-related requests or issues.
  • Preparing and tracking purchase orders and invoices.
  • Domestic and international logistic arrangements as per requirement.
  • Work closely with various departments around the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing administration and logistics.
  • Proficient MS Excel skills; familiarity with Priority system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
