IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for the following
- Manage the day-to-day office routines, ensuring smooth operation of office inventory, groceries, office supplies, maintenance, visits, welfare events, etc.
- Assisting employees with any office-related requests or issues.
- Preparing and tracking purchase orders and invoices.
- Domestic and international logistic arrangements as per requirement.
- Work closely with various departments around the organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing administration and logistics.
- Proficient MS Excel skills; familiarity with Priority system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
