You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location. /p pem Reports to the Assistant Front Office Manager. /em /ppbr/pp strongYour day-to-day /strong /ppbr/pulliBe the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience! /liliTake and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities and telling them about ways to improve their stay. /liliConduct routine inspections of the hotel grounds and take immediate actions to correct any deficiencies. /liliProvide cross-functional support by assisting other departments as required, promoting a collaborative and seamless guest experience. /liliStay one step ahead of guests’ needs – record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns. /liliHandle cash and credit transactions. /liliOversee night audit function and preparation of daily financial reports. Work closely with our finance team to ensure the auditing and reporting process has a high level of detail overnight. /liliBe a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary. /liliStay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you’ll report all incidents and wear any protective gear needed. /liliTake pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador. /liliAlways know what events and activities are on the day’s schedule. /li /ulpbr/pp strongWhat We Need From You /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field. /lili3+ years’ experience working in Front Office department. /liliMust be fluent in Spanish and English.
