We are looking for a New Business PMO to join our team and drive strategic projects within our New Business division. If you have a passion for innovation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, this could be your next challenge!

What will be your mission?

You will be responsible for managing and executing strategic projects, ensuring their feasibility, execution, and scalability in alignment with our company's growth and innovation objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives with internal and external teams, playing a key role in the success of our New Business ventures.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Lead and manage strategic projects within the New Business division, facilitating collaboration among key areas.
• Design and implement methodologies, standards, and project management tools.
• Define strategic objectives, performance indicators, and action plans for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and resource allocation, mitigating risks and managing deviations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement, applying methodologies such as Agile Project Management. Generate periodic reports on project progress, identifying areas for optimization.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Minimum 4 years in project management within an industrial environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Additional training in project management, innovation, or business strategy is a plus.
• Advanced English.
• Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP are an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage time and priorities efficiently in dynamic environments.
• Leadership and teamwork.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in digital tools.
