How to contribute to our vision In the area of responsibility: Deploys Nacelles Strategy into Planning function. Defines and ensures implementation of Nacelles Planning standards, regulations, and guidelines. Manages and contributes to overarching Nacelles Planning programs and initiatives. Takes care for effective risk management measures. Takes final decision on Nacelles Planning unit organization, unit related budgets and decides resource allocation. Responsible for Nacelles Planning related KPIs. Heads organization assigned and leads all related management and staff. Acts as personal advisor to unit's Executives and Senior Management in all Nacelles Planning related issues. Main responsibilities of the function: Deploy Nacelles Strategy ( Deliver & Improve on S afety, Q uality, D eliver on time, C ost and P eople centric organization) into Planning tasks and scope. Drive and orchestrate different Nacelles functions and external stakeholders to meet the strategy by aligning expectations, forecasting activity and prioritizing the escalations. Make projects feasible from Nacelle component side: Long term forecast planning and load allocation proposal. Evaluate and validate Mid Term plan (Extended load plan; S&OP), capacity definition and load allocation proposal. Scenarios management for nacelles components. Sourcing guidelines evaluation and definition. Coordinate on behalf of Nacelles the necessary SBA validations: Commit to feasible SBA project plans. Align SBA cost targets. Facilitate nacelle production On Time Delivery, by providing accurate inputs to stakeholders: Issue rolling material forecast (RMF) for Critical components to activate the supply chain. Short term planning process involvement. Support plants with material shortages, by performing a global prioritization.
