Born from a passion for self-expression through style, it stays closely connected to the rhythm of contemporary women’s lives, redefining itself as a style brand. /ppbr/ppLAAGAM is looking for someone to support the Head of Buying by providing reliable forecasts, rigorous performance analysis and structured reporting to inform buying decisions in a fast-growing contemporary fashion brand. /ppThe role contributes to the development of robust planning and data practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and existing tools. The merchandiser planner will work cross-functionally with Operations and Finance to ensure alignment between commercial priorities, production follow-up and stock availability. /p pstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrong1. Sales Data Performance Analysis /strong /pulliConsolidate and analyze sales and stock data across channels. /liliBuild and maintain structured data models, reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets). /liliAnalyze performance by product, category and channel, monitoring and interpreting key KPIs (sell-through, rotation, cover, ageing); while tracking growth and evolution vs last year (LY). /liliDeliver ad hoc analyses to support specific business and buying questions. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong2. Collection Planning /strong /pulliSupport collection architecture based on past performance analysis. /liliDefine and manage the buying budget by season and month, to achieve commercial and growth goals by product families and category weight. /liliDefine the number of styles to be launched per drop/campaign/month according to their ideal commercial window. /liliSupport buyer in the pricing and margin strategy /liliPrepare end-of-season analyses, consolidating learnings and recommendations for future buying cycles. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong3. Forecasting /strong /pulliCreate buying forecasts using historical data, sales curves, LY comparisons and in-season trends. /liliIdentify deviations versus forecast and highlight risks and opportunities. /liliProvide analytical input to support decisions on depth, reorders and timing. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong4. Cross-functional Collaboration (Operations Finance) /strong /pulliWork closely with Operations to ensure alignment between forecasts, production orders and delivery timelines. /liliCollaborate with Finance on margin, budget creation and follow-up. /li /ul pstrongRequirements /strong /pulli3–5 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Sales or Business Analysis. /liliExperience in fashion, retail or consumer goods is valued but not mandatory. /liliFashion product interest and sensitivity. /liliAdvanced Excel / Google Sheet skills. /liliHigh level of rigor, reliability and attention to detail. /liliVery hands-on mindset: you’re happy to go into the back office and make changes yourself. /liliAnalytical and business-driven: you make decisions based on data, sales impact and margin. /liliComfortable working in a fast-paced environment. /liliEnglish professional working proficiency.
