The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Media Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our data science team to analyze outputs from AITA—our advanced Marketing Mix Model (MMM)—and support our international media audits. You will play a key role in evaluating campaign performance, developing strategic optimization recommendations, and liaising directly with media agencies and clients. If you have a solid background as a media planner in an agency setting, a passion for data-driven decision making, and exceptional presentation skills, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Evaluation:

/ Analyze the performance of media campaigns across TV, radio, digital, Out-Of-Home (OOH), and other channels.

/ Provide clear, data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.

Strategic Media Planning:

/ Define effective media strategies based on thorough analysis.

/ Propose new features and enhancements for our Marketing Mix Model (MMM).

Media Audits:

/ Conduct comprehensive media audits, including financial reviews, in international markets.

/ Identify discrepancies and opportunities for budget optimization.

Collaboration & Client Engagement:

/ Work closely with the data science team to integrate analytical findings into actionable strategies.

/ Liaise with media agencies to collect data, verify campaign details, and discuss strategic recommendations.

/ Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to clients, ensuring clarity and precision.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:

/ Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mentality.

/ Actively contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and the overall performance of our media strategies.

4) Required Skills & Experience

Professional Experience:

/ Must have experience planning or buying TV, OOH and radio.

/ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a media agency, with a proven track record as a media planner.

/ Demonstrated success in evaluating campaign performance and developing strategic media recommendations.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

/ Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas.

/ Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

/ Experience working with data outputs from advanced marketing models is highly desirable.

Communication & Presentation:

/ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required).

/ Comfortable and effective in client-facing roles with proven presentation capabilities.

Teamwork:

/ A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

/ Ability to work seamlessly with data scientists, media professionals, and external stakeholders.

5) Nice-to-Have Skills

/ Experience working in international markets and conducting media audits.

/ Familiarity with developing or enhancing features within analytical models.

/ Fluent in English and in Spanish.

/ Exposure to emerging trends and technologies in media.

6) Qualifications

Education:

/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

/ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
