Read on.Materials DeveloperWe are looking for a Materials Developer to contribute to the development of high quality materials ensuring the success of our products in footwear, clothing and accessories for the Camper, Camper Lab and NNormal brands.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the design team and key suppliers to build the seasonal and long-term material library.- Introduce innovative and sustainable solutions to enable designers and technicians to develop excellent quality products.- Source all essential seasonal materials and components such as leather, textile, trims, packaging and others.- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers.- Work with the sustainability team to develop the Camper group strategy and maintain a level of excellence in this area.- Collaborate in the management of the seasonal materials budget.- Create and manage the critical path of materials aligned to Camper's seasonal product calendars.- Manage the Materials Library - Physical and Virtual, managing new and ongoing items each season.- Together with the materials team, manage the materials database in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).- Be aware of all innovations and trends in textiles, leathers and any other materials.- Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with other departments, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.Skills for the Position:- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.- Creative problem-solving skills combined with technical knowledge.- Ability to manage and detect risks early.- Attention to detail.- Creative problem solving skills combined with technical knowledge.Requirements:- Studies in materials engineering, science, design or related fields.- Experience in a similar position for at least three years.- Solid knowledge of MS Office software and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.-Fluent in English, both spoken and written is a mustWhat we offerA dynamic and multicultural working environment that fosters teamwork, learning, and professional growth.Discounts on Camper products.Immediate start date with a flexible schedule.Flexible remuneration with tax benefits: medical insurance, training, childcare, etc.You will be part of a leading company in the fashion sector, dynamic, innovative, highly aware and committed to sustainability, with a close and inspiring working environment.Camper is committed to the goals of equal opportunities in order to create a diverse and inclusive business.
