Your Challenge:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing Trainee to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for key markets /retailers. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level professional with a strong interest in marketing, excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the team. This role will focus on assisting with market analysis, promotional activities and brand visibility contributing to the overall marketing objectives and helping strengthen our brand presence at the retail level.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Trainee, you will support the development and execution of local marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and boost sell-out:
- Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing strategies, budget planning, and campaigns. Ensure alignment with global guidelines and focus on increasing brand awareness and push sales at the point of sale.
- Support the execution of the Trade Marketing Calendar, coordinating campaigns, product launches, and retail promotions to ensure alignment with commercial strategy and brand growth.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to align Trade Marketing initiatives with retailer strategies and improve in-store visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to ensure maximum in-store visibility, supporting new product launches and portfolio evolution.
- Monitor local market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal departments such as Sales, Education, and Retail to ensure the seamless execution of Trade Marketing strategies at the point of sale.
- Support the development and execution of Trade Marketing tools, including GWPs, sampling, and other promotional strategies to support sales initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the A&P budget to ensure efficient use of resources. Support the development of financial reports and KPIs to evaluate Trade Marketing activities.
What we expect from you:
- A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar internship, preferably in the beauty sector, would be very valuable
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Beauty passionate.
- Requirement to sign an internship agreement.
