DescriptionAllergan Aesthetics is a fast growing and dynamic franchise within Abbvie. This position is being created to help lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Allergan Aesthetic portfolioin the Country.Allergan’s Aesthetics portfolio includes a botulinum toxin, a range of facial fillers, and a medical device for fat reduction. This portfolio includes prescription only medicines, as well as medical devices and capital equiptment. The AD of Marketing will operate across these different technologies, driving marketing programmes to support brand and customer needs, whilst abiding to the relevant codes of conduct.The Associate Director of Marketing will lead as team of Brand Managers and a cross functional matrix team to drive strategy, operational excellence and brand success.This is a senior level position within the country commercial organization and the successful individual will take a place on the country Aesthetic Leadership team.The Ass Director Marketing will also have a very active role liasing with International Strategic Marketing to align on plans and activities. It is intended that AD Marketing will drive innovation and improvement in Allergan Aesthetics’ digitaland consumer marketing capability. The candidate will need strong leadership and communication skills, and have significant healthcare marketing experience. This is a highly rewarding role for somebody to lead key brands, and help shape the future of Allergan Aesthetic FranchiseKEY/ACCOUNTABILITIES1.Financials·Participate in the setting of annual sales targets and forecasts, for established and new products.·Routinely utilize market data to appraise brand performance and take action as appropriate·Manage promotional budget to ensure that activities are conducted as per the brand plan2.Development of Brand Strategy and Tactical deployment·Lead the development of robust strategic plan for brands within franchise·Lead the development of annual cross functionaland operational brand plans. Align full multichannel strategy (sales team, other channels) to strategic plan·Create campaign assets for roll out to teams (e.G. Digital Sales Aids, Briefing Documents, Training Guides).·Develop digital marketing programmes for portfolio (in line with GDPR and HCP compliance frameworks)·Develop consumer campaigns for relevant parts of portfolio ·Manage creative and medical communication agencies ·Preapare and launch new products and categories·Ensure clear cascade of strategy and plans throughout organization with specific emphasis on sales teams.3.Inspire and Lead a team·Lead, Manage and Develop Marketing team to optimize their contribution to the business and enhance their work experience·Work with reports to create individual development plans, and follow up through regular meetings.Develop a team culture aligned to Allergan values·Lead cross functional marketing and brand meetings#LI-AA.QualificationsExperience/Knowledge:Must have prior healthcare marketing experience Product launch experience at a country or international levelPrior customer facing experience (sales / sales management preferable)Experience of hiring and managing external agencies (creative/med comms)Digital and consumer experience preferredSales/sales management experience or can demonstrate how they have gained strong understanding of customer needs/insights and applied these in their marketing careerDermatology or Skin Care experiencePeople management Behaviours/Skills:Strong communication skills (1:1 verbal, written and presentations)Demonstrated leadership and excellent influencing skillsVery strong planning and project management skillsCreativityAbility to work well in a team environment, multi-functional collaborationAbility to multi-task and to get things doneFlexible and adaptable approachCompliance and integrity:You will be responsible for conducting your activities on behalf of the company consistent with a high standard of business ethics and in compliance with the laws and regulations that govern our activities (subject to local law/requirement)Job Field: MarketingJob Type: ExperiencedOrganization: Allergan AestheticsSchedule: Full-timeTravel: Yes, 25 % of the Time
