Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic, open-minded leader to join our Sales & Marketing Department as our Marketing and Insurance Manager . Reporting directly to the Marketing and Brands Account Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our market success through the creation and execution of impactful marketing strategies spanning our diverse business lines.
Your responsibilities will also encompass full ownership of our insurance strategy. As the recognized expert, you will lead its implementation and oversee all related aspects, from developing training programs and ensuring regulatory compliance to driving product innovation and empowering our sales teams. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of goal-oriented leadership and deep expertise in insurance and operational marketing within the financial credit sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Deep expertise in operational marketing and insurance.
- To be the point of contact for CPI and NCPI Insurance companies for the negotiation and implementation of different insurance programs.
- To drive the penetration, sales, and training of the main insurance products within the commercial network.
- To coordinate the mandatory training plan for our prescriptors as required by regulator.
- To pilot the entire customer renewals program and the maturity of TCM programs, proposing improvements and ideas to enhance efficiency continually.
- To be a key point for the management of NPS and Customer and Distributor Satisfaction.
- Prepare short and medium-term marketing plans according to markets targets, monitoring customer satisfaction and developing and implementing corrective action plans if required.
- Define and manage pricing for products and tariffs, jointly with Sales Manager and in agreement with Finance.
- Launch researches and competitors benchmarking, ensuring that marketing plans, programs and products adequately meet customer needs and improve market penetration.
- Manage all Communication and Digital activities, ensuring functionalities of CA Bank tools and consistency of communication contents , in accordance with the regulator's rules.
- Develop ideas and strategies in advertising area and communication as well as permanent further development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) measures to increase client loyalty, in cooperation with brands.
- Develop training programs both on products and regulations, in conjunction with the Compliance Manager, for ensuring that all financial promotions meet regulatory requirements.
- Interface with the Sales teams in order to support them in target achievement, gathering informations to customize marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in multinational companies and financial sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital or similar.
- 5+ years' experience in similar position.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance sector and marketing.
- Advanced level of CRM programs.
- Knowledge in AI programs.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office programs.
- Advanced English level.
- Dynamic person, with sales, negotiation and communication skills, familiarized with organizing and monitoring commercial objectives and teams.
