If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us! -Responsible and accountable for department metrics - Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. - Manages manufacturing to ensure product quality, cost effective and delivery on time. - Provides regular performance feedback; Responsible for all disciplinary actions up and including terminations - Interfaces with design, and engineering team, IE for DFM to improve assembly and test process to be more robust. - Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product - Work with cross-functional teams for manufacturing execution to ensure manufacturing BOM, Document / ECO, MES BOM, shop floor control,consumable usage are ready before start mass production -Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing to improve yields and reduce technical/systematic issues. - Performs statistical analysis to identify failure root cause, improve productivity and improve quality.
