pEl Sauceral, 70km from Madrid near Toledo, is a rural hospitality business currently entering a phase of expansion and professionalization. We are seeking a committed experienced couple to join us in shaping the long-term development of a property, with the goal of transforming it into a luxury rural resort – while preserving its authentic, nature-based identity.
