El Sauceral, 70km from Madrid near Toledo, is a rural hospitality business currently entering a phase of expansion and professionalization. We are seeking a committed experienced couple to join us in shaping the long-term development of a property, with the goal of transforming it into a luxury rural resort – while preserving its authentic, nature-based identity. We are looking for you in the role of a Luxury-Estate-Manager Key Responsibilities: Actively contribute to the development and positioning of the project as a boutique luxury resort Oversee day-to-day operations: guest services, bookings, facilities maintenance Coordinate personalized guest experiences (local cuisine, outdoor activities, cultural events, etc.) Support the ongoing improvement of the concept, brand and quality standards Supervision and development of staff and local suppliers.
