This is a dynamic role that requires technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and proven experience in team management. /ppTo learn more about us, visit our website: /ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /ppManage plant logistics activities and oversee the daily performance of the department to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, deadlines, and continuous improvement. /ppbr/ppKey responsibilities include: /ppbr/pollistrongCoordinate and manage the company’s operational flow and the personnel involved to ensure results. /strong /li /olulliCollect, process, and circulate information to meet customer demands. /liliManage requests (revised forecast and industrial sales plan). /liliEnsure product flow through the company by: /liliSecuring supply of necessary products for production. /liliCoordinating planning processes (Industrial Sales Plan – Master Production Schedule – Sequencing – Net Requirements Calculation / KANBAN). /liliOrganizing the supply chain (planning supply, production, and distribution) considering customer constraints, internal limitations, and best practices. /liliImplementing, monitoring, and improving logistics processes and associated personnel. /liliSupervising internal flows to optimize costs (equipment and labor) and execution times. /liliManaging inventory and actions to improve reliability. /liliSupporting new project launches and assessing their impact on logistics (space, equipment, labor requirements). /liliEnsuring ERP data accuracy with the team and keeping customer data updated. /li /ulpstrong2. Organize, manage, and allocate resources to guarantee on-time product delivery at optimal cost and in compliance with specifications. /strong /pulliStudy and implement resources (equipment, software, etc.) to improve logistics performance. /liliVerify accuracy of transmitted information and compliance with standards. /liliManage relationships with logistics service providers in coordination with the purchasing department. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong3. Manage daily activity /strong /pulliMonitor performance indicators, identify discrepancies, resolve issues with teams, and implement corrective actions (production logistics and spare parts service). /li /ulollistrongDrive continuous improvement within the department /strong /li /olulliLead daily logistics performance meetings and update KPIs (transport, TSL, stock). /liliCoordinate deviation analysis and daily progress using problem-solving tools. /liliEnsure inventory reliability. /liliParticipate in working groups (CCV, SMED, etc.). /li /ulollistrongAdminister the customer web portal for logistics topics /strong /li /olulliKPI monitoring: Service rate (Series + Spare Parts), EDI (including dispute management when necessary). /liliUpdate self-assessment (MMOG/LE). /liliCapacity checks against customer demand (with Business Manager). /liliFollow up on logistics-related customer claims. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongAdditional Requirements /strong /pulliEnglish and/or French – minimum B2 level /liliPositive energy /liliStress tolerance /liliStock data analysis skills /liliKnowledge of customs regulations and procedures /liliSAP experience /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Skills /strong /pulliComfortable making data-driven decisions /liliStrong attention to detail /liliExperience with ERP systems /li /ulpbr/ppstrongLocation: /strong Novares Plant – Seseña (South of Madrid region).
