Job Details :- Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales Accountable for the Profit and loss of the Territory Accountable for Sales & Collection targets of the Territory To accomplish and maintain desired ROTA and tap the available potential for retail business in the market Drive promotional activities by Partnering with Dealers Monitoring and reporting of residual management performance on a weekly basis to Regional management Report on all deviations to Regional Management and ensure corrective actions are taken
