Legal Specialist – In-House CounselEBRO SUV is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Legal Specialist to strengthen our legal team in Spain. This role is ideal for a legal professional with a solid background in corporate and commercial law, who is also well-versed in regulatory compliance, contract management, and risk assessment within a business environment. As a key advisor to the company, you will support multiple departments, ensuring legal compliance while contributing to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced automotive industry.Your Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier agreements, distribution agreements, and other key business-related legal documents.Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance policies, and company structures.Assist in regulatory compliance matters, including competition law, data protection, environmental regulations, and labor law as it relates to corporate operations.Identify legal risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.Support internal departments, including finance, sales, operations, and HR, by offering legal advice tailored to business needs.Manage relationships with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and business partners.Assist in MA transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Law. A Master’s degree in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or a related field is a plus.Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally gained in an in-house legal department or a law firm with experience advising multinational companies.Strong knowledge of Spanish corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the automotive or manufacturing sectors.Experience in compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.Familiarity with areas such as competition law, intellectual property, consumer protection, and data privacy (GDPR).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and business-oriented mindset.Strong negotiation and communication abilities to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.EBRO SUV is at the forefront of the Spanish automotive industry, relaunching an iconic brand with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
