We are looking for a passionate and committed Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Administration, Tax and Legal Department at our HQ in Llodio.
Join our team and be in charge of ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of the company, as well as to coordinate and supervise the main legal matters of our business units.

The Challenge:
In coordination with the Director of the Department, the main functions to be carried out will be:
- Provide legal advice to stakeholders at various levels of the organization on relevant subjects to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the protection of Vidrala's interests.
- Lead communication with external legal support.
- Draft, assess, analyze, and review contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents. Lead inventory, sign and archive of legal documentation and digitalization.
- Advise on risks and legal implications of business decisions and support business structuring.
- Manage potential conflicts that may exist between clients, suppliers, partners, and employees.
- Draft minutes and powers of attorney, and periodically renew digital certificates.
- Establishment and monitoring of processes for the submission and support of public grants.
- Define and enhance processes and procedures within their area of responsibility.
- Coordination with Internal Audit.
- Monitor the annual budget and track modifications and expansions.

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in law, or similar.
- +3 years' experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational company.
- Knowledge in corporate law, compliance and risk management be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English language and solid skills working with English.
- Customer orientation, teamwork, responsiveness, and corporate vision.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to think critically and apply a risk-based, practical approach to complex legal matters, offering innovative and practical solutions.
- Familiarity working within a matrix environment on behalf of multiple and diverse business functions and organizations.
- Computer-literate, particularly in MS Excel environment.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
- Willingness to travel.
