They’re on the lookout for Legal Counsel to join their team!

Role: Legal Counsel

Salary: €40,000

Location: Must be in Spain - BUT Fully Remote Role!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support with day-to-day tasks related to privacy (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), consumer protection, and terms & policies.
Assist with intellectual property matters like trademarks and copyright.
Help review and maintain internal legal documents, platform compliance processes, and seller onboarding materials.
Work with teams across the business to give practical, risk-aware legal input on a range of projects.

What We’re Looking For:

2 years’ experience as a qualified lawyer, ideally with some exposure to tech, e-commerce, or startup environments.
Interest or experience in commercial, data privacy, or consumer law.
Someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and happy working in a fast-paced, remote setting.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
