They’re on the lookout for Legal Counsel to join their team!

Role: Legal Counsel

Salary: €80,000-€85,000

Location: Must be in Spain - BUT Fully Remote Role!

What you will be doing:

Ensure compliance with global consumer and privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), and maintain up-to-date consumer-facing terms, policies, and data protection practices.
Manage IP matters including trademarks and copyrights, while supporting brand strategy and related agreements.
Oversee platform compliance, seller onboarding, and transparency obligations; support corporate structuring and governance documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide risk-aware legal guidance, manage pre-litigation issues, and monitor regulatory developments in digital commerce.

What We’re Looking For:

6 years+ PQE as a qualified lawyer, ideally with top-tier firm and in-house tech or e-commerce experience.
Deep expertise in commercial, consumer protection, and data privacy law, with a strong grasp of marketplace, payment, loyalty, and subscription regulations.
Business-minded, proactive, and adaptable—thrives in fast-paced, remote environments with fluent English communication skills.
