As our Legal Counsel you will be at the forefront of managing a wide range of legal functions, from incorporating new entities and supporting ongoing compliance to negotiating agreements and overseeing the liquidation process. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless operations and mitigate legal risks.
