We remain committed to a user-centric philosophy, guided by strategic direction and empowered by comprehensive technological and industrial capabilities. /ppbr/ppJob description: /polliDraft, review and negotiate various legal documents, contracts and agreements for all kinds of business operation, such as NDA, sales contract(including but not limited to dealer agreement and after-sales agreement), purchase agreement, cooperation agreement, memorandum; maintain and update contract templates/precedents from time to time to improve the contract management process constantly. /liliParticipate in the qualification review of potential business partner(s), including but not limited to the qualification of dealer, compliance review and etc. /liliLegal support on the regulatory compliance issues, such as trade compliance, date protection, merger filing, international sanction, anti-bribery and etc. /liliHuman resource related legal support, including but not limited to deal with dispute with employee(s), provide opinion on labor law. /liliSelect, manages and supervises external lawyers, ensures high quality of external legal support in an effective and efficient manner (including cost-efficiency). /liliPerform legal analysis and provide legal advice on dispute resolution and/or quality claims etc. /liliWork closely with the operation/project team to proactively support a wide range of transactions. /liliOther legal responsibilities as assigned. /li /olpbr/ppRequirements: /polliLLB or LLM from international law school or equivalent. /liliAdmission to local bar or equivalent is a plus. /liliExcellent oral/written English language skills. Familiarity with local languages is a plus. /lili3-7 years post qualification experience in corporate general and dispute resolution, preferably working experience in MNC from manufacturing industry or automotive industry. /liliDemonstrated excellent legal knowledge and business understanding for detailed and results orientated solutions, and strong communication negotiation skills with clients, colleagues, and government officials. /liliMature personality with proactive attitude, high integrity and self-motivation, and ability to work and judge efficiently and autonomously under pressure. /li /ol
