pOur client, a leading global retail company, is looking for a strongLease Manager (sales market) /strong responsible for the management of the store portfolio in the Iberian region (Spain and Portugal). /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliEnabling long-term growth by finding top locations for new stores. /liliObtaining the best possible deals by negotiating lease contracts with property owners. /liliOptimizing the existing portfolio through lease actions for existing stores (renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions, and terminations). /liliWorking in close collaboration with the Expansion Manager to set and implement the strategy in your market. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business/Economics, or a similar field. /liliAt least 3 years of working experience in leasing, controlling, and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry. /liliStrong leasing skills and good legal understanding. /liliResults-driven. /liliStrong planning and organizational skills. /liliMulti-tasker with strong prioritization skills. /liliCalm and positive mindset during difficult situations. /lilistrongEnglish is a MUST. /strong /liliProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Teams). /liliYou are ambitious, competitive, and humble, and you value taking responsibility. /liliYou have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of achieving results. /liliYou have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade. /liliYou are socially confident in negotiations and are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone. /li /ul
