Your tasks Process analysis and optimization finding bottlenecks and weak points in production process. Analyze existing workflows and eliminate waste with help of LEAN Tools Implementation of LEAN culture implementing and empowering LEAN principles. Engage with employees and challenge LEAN initiative Continuous Improvement drive, monitor and ensure improvement in areas of focus. Analyze the results of activities and workshops, create success stories and identify areas for further optimization Conducting Trainings / Workshops provide training and workshops of Lean principles. Be a coach. Promote LEAN thinking Networking be part of worldwide network of specialist, where you can learn or advise. Collaborate with cross-functional Teams, coordinate improvements, share best practices Your profile Knowledge of LEAN Tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPS, ) and familiar with manufacturing principles, methodologies, tools and KPI’s Strong organizationanl, analytical and problem solving skills / attitude.
