Lead Generation/Growth Director

Our partner, a leading company in helping retailers grow through innovative loyalty solutions, personalized offers, advanced analytics, and new monetization opportunities, is seeking a Lead Generation/Growth Director to develop creative strategies to efficiently expand the user and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  2. Execute marketing campaigns to drive growth.
  3. Analyze data to continuously optimize strategies.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth objectives.
  5. Lead and support the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.

Requirements:

  1. Over 5 years of experience in lead generation and growth, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, and growth techniques.
  4. Analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
  5. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
