Lead Generation/Growth Director
Our partner, a leading company in helping retailers grow through innovative loyalty solutions, personalized offers, advanced analytics, and new monetization opportunities, is seeking a Lead Generation/Growth Director to develop creative strategies to efficiently expand the user and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive growth.
- Analyze data to continuously optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Lead and support the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in lead generation and growth, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, and growth techniques.
- Analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
