ppLead Field Service Technician – Thermal Works LLC /p pThermal Works LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented, goal‑oriented Lead Field Service Technician to work with our team and local contractors on startup/commissioning and service of all Thermal Works equipment. The role requires a foundational knowledge in HVAC, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in a comprehensive training program at Thermal Works' U.S. headquarters. /li liManage preventive maintenance and service schedules. /li liPerform on‑site quality control for the installation of Thermal Works products. /li liPerform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients. /li liBe available to take emergency issues when on call. /li liMonitor service software closely to ensure services are met on a timely schedule. /li liCollaborate with different departments within the company for product development and improvement. /li liProvide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of Thermal Works equipment. /li /ul h3Skills Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical or vocational degree/certification in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or electromechanical systems. /li liF‑Gas Category I certification (in accordance with EC Regulation No. ********). /li li3–5 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical systems for mission‑critical infrastructure, including data centers, healthcare, or industrial facilities. /li liExperience with chillers and CRAH units, encompassing installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. /li liFamiliarity with EU safety standards, pressure equipment directives (PED), and EN 378 refrigeration safety norms. /li liCapability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and system optimizations in live environments. /li /ul h3Specific Skills / Abilities /h3 ul liBaseline circuit analysis and troubleshooting of electrical components. /li liKnowledge of hydronic systems. /li liAbility to effectively troubleshoot HVAC systems. /li liUnderstanding of refrigeration theory as well as hands‑on applied sciences. /li liGood written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. /li liFluency in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a strong plus). /li liAbility to read drawings at a basic level. /li liCapacity to lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the day. /li /ul pPosition: Lead Field Service Technician | Full‑time | Reports to: CEO | Location: Madrid or Barcelona, Spain (On‑site) | Contact: ****** /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
