pAbout the Job /ppbr/ppCEVA Freight España S.L. is seeking a dedicated professional to join our strongNon-Trade Procurement /strong team based in strongAlcobendas /strong. /ppbr/ppRole Summary: /ppbr/ppAs a Lead Buyer , you will be responsible for strongnegotiating and managing Non-Trade purchases /strong for CEVA at the Country level. Your primary mission is the management of purchased item categories, such as strongVehicles Fleet /strong (Vans, Trucks, Trailers, Cars, Fuel, etc.) , and achieving the budget and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the categories under your responsibility. This role is vital for identifying opportunities for strongcost and cash optimization /strong , while also ensuring compliance with CEVA standards and maximizing the company's interests in any commercial commitments taken with suppliers. /ppbr/ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities: /ppbr/pullistrongDefine and implement Procurement strategies /strong at the Local level in line with the CEVA strategy. /liliLead implementation of Local Procurement strategies throughout CEVA. /liliFoster strongcooperation between Central and Local /strong, and ensure adherence to Global strategies. /liliConduct strongneeds analysis /strong on his/her own perimeter. /liliConduct strongsupplier sourcing /strong and market intelligence. /liliAct as the strongprime interface /strong for internal stakeholders as well as purchasing country to understand needs and communicate about deals negotiated. /liliManage the strongtendering process, supplier selection, and contract negotiation /strong for the global panel in line with the costs and performance objectives. /lilistrongNegotiate and manage Non-Trade purchases /strong at the Country level. /liliBe primarily accountable for managing categories of purchased items and achieving the budget and KPIs for these categories. /li /ulpbr/ppCandidate Profile: /ppbr/ppWe are looking for individuals with a strong background or interest in Non-Trade Procurement, specifically in the Vehicles and Fleet category. The ideal candidate must demonstrate: /pullistrongExperience: /strong At least strong3-5 years /strong in a similar position. /lilistrongEducation: /strong Business School / Engineering School. /lilistrongSoft Skills: /strong strongNegotiation skills /strong, Analytical skills, Communication skills, Project Management, and Relationship Skills. /lilistrongHard Skills: /strong strongProficiency in Excel / Power BI / SAP /strong. /liliAbility to manage a stronghuge portfolio /strong within different countries (Spain, Italy, Portugal). /li /ulpbr/ppQualifications and Skills: /ppbr/pullistrongLanguages: /strong strongEnglish /strong and strongSpanish /strong (both fluent).
