Polish-Speaking Real Estate Lawyer – Marbella

Location: Marbella (with responsibility across Palma, Fuengirola & Estepona)

Employment type: Full-time

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive commission structure

We are seeking a Polish-speaking lawyer (law degree required) to join our Marbella office and take the lead in supporting and growing our Polish client base.

This is a strategic position where you will represent Polish clients investing in Spain, help shape our Polish division, and play a key role in our international expansion. With full training and mentorship provided, it’s an excellent opportunity to build a career in real estate law within an ambitious and growing firm.

• Advise Polish clients on real estate transactions (residential, commercial, and land).
• Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as their trusted legal partner.
• Represent and grow the Polish division of the firm.
• Learn and develop with the support of experienced partners and structured training.

• Law degree (Spain, Poland, or EU).
• Native or fluent in Polish.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (must).
• Interest in real estate law (previous experience is a plus, but not required).
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to take responsibility and grow in an international practice.
