Every day our devices transport millions of goods in logistics centres all over the world.Our mission at Jungheinrich Digital Solutions Spain is next level intralogistics powered by technology, passion and a great team spirit.We are an international corporate IT Hub based in the heart of Madrid and develop intelligent warehouse management solutions and process-reliable warehouse automation for our customers to make their lives easier.Role:We are looking for a L2 Network Engineer who wants to join us and be part of a great team where "WE" come first :)ResponsibilitiesOversee the operation of our network environment, focusing on Network Security, Local Area Networks, and Wi-Fi in our international locations.Conduct analysis and troubleshooting.Provide support during commissioning, relocations, and changeovers.Manage services in daily operations and projects.RequirementsA degree in computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification.Very good knowledge of network and security components from standard manufacturers.Excellent working experience in the fields of TCP/IP, Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, Enterprise Wi-fi, Firewalling, state of the art authentication mechanisms.Good Experience of working with ticket systems.Good ability to understand complex technical issues.Distinct understanding of service, good communication skills and very good knowledge of English, spoken and written.Willing to participate our On-call duty.Good level of English (Spoken and written), at least upper B2.Please, not that only resumes in English will be considered.What do we offer?Cross-cultural environment (more than 20 nationalities working together).Friendly atmosphere and excellent team spirit.Challenging and creative environmentFlexible work schedule.A great new office located in Gran Vía!Home office policy:Office attendance:-4 times per month if you are based in Madrid-1 time per month if you are based outside MadridLooking forward to hearing from you!
