We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager based in Kyiv. Responsibilities: - Maintain a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts - Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with the division's objectives - Create and implement an annual business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, education, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms - KA sales planning tool management (shipment forecast, joint business planning including trade events) - Ensure targets achievement within KAs: sell-in, sell-out, inventory, in-house share, margin level - Coop budget planning by each product category / KA - Promo programs initiation, planning, evaluation & post analysis - Promo costs and rates negotiation with customers - In-store programs (displays & brand zones) support in planning & management - KA promo campaigns planning and execution control in alignment with brand marketing guidelines/master plan - Sufficient credit line (limit & # of credit days) planning, ensuring and control - AR management including overdue shipments control (if any), pre/early payment Job Profile Requirements: - 3-5 years experience in the same position with leading FMCG companies - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment - Strong analytical skills and talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively - Proven track record for innovative solutions to complex problems, ability to be both strategic and tactic oriented - Self-directed, yet strong team player - High level of communication skills - Efficiency and results-oriented - Degree in General Economics/Enterprising/Finance - Excellent Excel user - Upper-Intermediate (and higher) level in English
