Role Overview: Reporting to the Manager of Global Technical Support, we are searching for an IT Technical Application Analyst who will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within Greif. We are seeking someone to join the Applications team in Budapest and can enable you to work in a hybrid working model. This is an exciting position that will see you actively contribute to the successful implementation of various IT projects on a local, regional and global basis. Key to the success of this role will be your continuous monitoring of system performance and stability and apply further associated improvements, underpinned by taking an end-to-end ownership of tasks. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and respond to user requests, questions and problems Coordinates efforts with application analysts and end users Identify business process/situations that could be improved with ERP or peripheral solutions Participate in the implementation of those solutions and projects Identify and test possible solutions to business issues Evaluate user requests in area of subject expertise and make appropriate recommendations Excellent Verbal / Written Communication and Presentation Skills Coordinate monthly maintenance and other software upgrades Education and Experience: Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree and can demonstrate technical experience with an ERP system, ideally Infor LN At least 2 years of relevant experience Pro-active and initiative taking mindset A quick learner who enjoys a challenge The following experiences would be an advantage; ERP Implementation involvement Infor OS, ION Desk and ION Grid Administration, ION Workflow and other IOS integrated products. On-Prem and Cloud systems, as well as On-Prem to Cloud migration experience.
