We are seeking a IT Support based in the Málaga area to our Mijas office. This role is ideal for experienced IT professionals as well as junior candidates who wanna expand their expertise. If you have experience from IT, a proactive mindset, and an interest in working with Odoo ERP system and Shopify e-commerce platform, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and networks
• Support and maintain Odoo ERP and Shopify platform
• Document technical problems and solutions for future reference.
• Manage IT security protocols
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve ERP workflows and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
• Experience with Shopify and/or Odoo is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license
• Located in the Málaga area.
